• 40%: Lead development of new Partner Portal and LANCH OS features using React, TypeScript, and modern state-management patterns.

• 30%: Build and consume internal FastAPI + PostgreSQL APIs to ensure type-safe, performant data flows.

• 30%: Drive UI/UX design and collaborate with designers to deliver accessible interfaces.
