We are seeking a Market Communication Manager ESA (w/m/d) to optimize data exchange with metering point operators and contribute to the success of our SaaS solution opti.node.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Process written and telephone inquiries from market partners and other teams.

• 30%: Monitor the completeness of measurement data and maintain master data in HubSpot.

• 40%: Drive improvements in internal processes and negotiate with metering point operators.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 3+ years of professional experience in energy billing and/or market communication.

• High Priority: Familiarity with Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel, and ideally experience with a CRM system (Hubspot).

• High Priority: Excellent German language skills.
