We aggregate roles posted publicly across the web. Nothing here requires a login, and we are not the employer. In practice that means every company hiring on the applicant-tracking systems that startups actually use: if a startup posts a job on one of these, we have it.

Every listing links back to the original posting. Companies or sources can request removal by emailing [email protected].

Your match profile is built only from what you choose to share. Pick whichever you prefer. All three produce the same structured profile used for matching, and you can review and edit it afterward.

We import a LinkedIn profile only when you are signed in and you provide it yourself. We do not crawl LinkedIn or collect profiles on our own. You can review, edit, or delete the imported information at any time.

• Every job description is read once by an AI model.
• It outputs structured fields: required skills, nice-to-have skills, seniority, salary range (if stated), domain, role type.
• Values map to a fixed taxonomy, so spelling never costs you a match:

This happens once per job. We do not re-read jobs on every search.

• We compare your profile (skills, experience, domains, preferences) to every active job.
• Deterministic matching, no black-box vector cosine. You see exactly which skills matched, which were missing, and which were nice-to-have.
• Every job is scored 0 to 100. The "For You" feed shows score 70 and above.
• Scores are informational. No automated decision determines your eligibility for any role.
