About the role

Manage enterprise financial services accounts to drive adoption of UiPath automation and AI solutions.

  • Account Manager focused on financial services customers in Japan to drive adoption of UiPath automation, IDP and AI solutions, build trusted customer relationships, and maximize delivered value.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage enterprise accounts in banking, financial services and insurance sectors.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners and act as company representative.
  • Define and execute account and mid-term plans to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Lead opportunity creation through to closing and support cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Requirements 3+ years experience in IT solutions sales/consulting or 3+ years in fintech/financial services DX.
  • Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders and driving strategic deals end-to-end.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with English written communication.
