Senior Software Engineer, Handshake AI

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery and technical partnerships for Handshake AI deployments.

• •Senior engineer leading technical delivery and customer-facing solutions for Handshake AI, owning end-to-end deployments and architecture for strategic AI lab partners.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with AI labs and stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering plans.
• •Design, architect, and deliver production-grade, scalable solutions.
• •Mentor engineers and set best practices for forward-deployed work.
• •Make architectural decisions around reliability, scalability, and security.
• •Prototype and iterate on tools based on real-time feedback.
• •Requirements 5+ years professional software engineering experience, including customer-facing roles.
• •Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• •Deep understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL and system design.
• •Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and production deployment/operations.
