About the role
Lead technical discussions with prospects and customers to drive sales and ensure product adoption.
- •As a Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will lead technical discussions with key prospects and customers, ensuring they can fully leverage Vanta's capabilities to meet their security goals.
- •You will be a crucial part of the Sales team, focusing on pre-sales technical fit and crafting innovative solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical relationship with customers.
- •Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
- •Gather market feedback from prospects and clients to inform the product team.
- •Support customers through their trial process with Vanta.
- •Build product examples and documentation for customers.
- •Requirements 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, etc.).
- •Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and operating systems.
- •Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
