  • Key Responsibilities Design and conduct practical sales training for different experience levels.
  • Develop and moderate leadership training for team leads and sales managers.
  • Coach and develop performance through shadowings and individual measures.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance data to derive targeted training measures.
  • Create modern learning materials and scalable learning concepts.
  • Requirements 3-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or L&D.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B or Performance Sales.
  • Experience in conducting sales and leadership training.
