- •Enpal is seeking a Sales Coaching & Development Manager to design and deliver practical sales training programs for various experience levels.
- •This role involves developing leaders and coaching individuals to enhance their sales performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and conduct practical sales training for different experience levels.
- •Develop and moderate leadership training for team leads and sales managers.
- •Coach and develop performance through shadowings and individual measures.
- •Analyze KPIs and performance data to derive targeted training measures.
- •Create modern learning materials and scalable learning concepts.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or L&D.
- •Strong knowledge of B2B or Performance Sales.
- •Experience in conducting sales and leadership training.
