• •This role will be instrumental in driving supplier innovation, delivering savings, and managing supplier performance across assigned categories.
• •Key Responsibilities Facilitate the sourcing process end to end, including cost-benefit analyses, contract review, and vendor negotiations.
• •Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities.
• •Monitor supplier performance and partner with internal stakeholders for business reviews.
• •Manage projects related to Strategic Sourcing process, tools, and functional improvements.
• •Champion Samsara's cultural principles.
• •Requirements 3-5 years of sourcing, procurement, finance, or related business experience.
• •Strong communication and influencing skills.
