Business Systems - Product Manager

Product Manager for Business Systems, focusing on technology programs and operational efficiency.

• •This position is part of the Business Systems Product team supporting the CIO organization.
• •The goal of the Business Systems team is to create and deliver meaningful, large-scale technology programs that increase the ROI of Verkada’s business systems and technology and improve the overall value and performance of the organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders across FLOPS (Finance, Legal, Operations, People and Supply Chain) and other key functions to address key business challenges.
• •Implement best-practice solutions, including process changes, configurations, and/or custom enhancements, to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
• •Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
• •Build lightweight technical solutions leveraging skills with Python/JavaScript.
• •Familiarity with the end to end Q2C processes including quoting, transacting and billing.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Finance or other technical/ analytical fields.
• •Minimum 4+ years of relevant business experience.
• •Basic SQL, Python, JavaScript and HTML required.
