- •The Materials Lead supports daily materials operations by setting a strong example, guiding team members, and ensuring all receiving, material movement, and inventory activities are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- •Key Responsibilities Assign kits and monitor task completion to support production schedules and ensure material availability Support and guide receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and system transactions Oversee and audit material movement to maintain proper handling, storage, and traceability Train and coach team members on standard work, safety practices, and material handling procedures Audit receiving, inventory, and material flow processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system transactions Ability to train and coach team members effectively Experience with inventory management and continuous improvement processes
