Cloud Platform Security Engineer

Architect and implement cloud security and detection across multi-cloud environments.

• •Lead cloud security engineering and detection across Checkout.com's multi-cloud environments, improving posture, SIEM detections, and applying AI to security operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Harden and secure AWS, Azure, and GCP environments using cloud-native tooling and policy-as-code.
• •Lead security integration projects and partner with engineering and security teams to automate compliance checks.
• •Design, tune and maintain SIEM (e.g., Sentinel) detections, logging pipelines, and AI-assisted triage.
• •Map detection coverage to MITRE ATT&CK and close visibility gaps across the cloud estate.
• •Design AI/LLM guardrails and apply AI/automation to alert investigation and response.
• •Requirements 6+ years securing AWS, Azure, and GCP, including IAM and IaC security.
• •Strong Microsoft Sentinel expertise (KQL, detection rules, workbooks).
• •Experience with CNAPP/CSPM tools like Wiz and knowledge of PCI DSS, NIST, SOC2, ISO27001, CIS.
• •Scripting for automation in Python, PowerShell, or Bash and experience applying AI/ML to security workflows.
