- •The 10-month Marketing Development Representative program trains outbound sales and prospecting with potential promotion upon completion.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound cold calling to engage prospects.
- •Identify and qualify prospective customers to generate opportunities.
- •Schedule appointments and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- •Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to hit pipeline targets.
- •Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach.
- •Requirements 6+ months outbound B2B sales experience.
- •Bachelor's degree required.
- •Strong relationship-building, objection handling and negotiation skills.
