Senior Emergency Preparedness & Management (EPM) Specialist

Develops and manages emergency preparedness and response programs for a maritime autonomy company.

• •Saronic is seeking a Senior Emergency Preparedness & Management (EPM) Specialist to develop and manage the company's medical, emergency response, and high-risk operational programs.
• •This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory alignment, operational readiness, and effective emergency preparedness across all Saronic sites.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and own the global medical preparedness and response program.
• •Develop and own technical rescue programs, including confined space and high angle rescue.
• •Oversee the Saronic Emergency Response Team (SERT) program.
• •Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• •Requirements Associate's degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• •National Registry or Texas DSHS Paramedic certification (or equivalent). 5+ years of experience in emergency response, technical rescue, or incident management.
