Hyperscaler Operations Manager

• •GitLab is seeking a Hyperscaler Operations Manager to govern AWS and GCP partnerships, focusing on operational initiatives and serving as the architect for hyperscaler go-to-market strategies.
• •This role involves owning the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure for hyperscaler motions, acting as the primary process owner for marketplace, co-sell, and funding operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end marketplace operational processes, including private offer management and third-party integrations.
• •Manage operational execution of hyperscaler funding initiatives like AWS SCA and GCP MCCP.
• •Administer hyperscaler platforms and co-manage vendor relationships, identifying AI automation opportunities for workflows.
• •Drive the operational strategy for hyperscaler funding initiatives, aligning them with pipeline priorities and revenue goals.
• •Requirements 6+ years of experience in cloud marketplace operations with direct ownership of hyperscaler workflows.
• •Hands-on experience with Tackle.io or equivalent cloud marketplace management platforms.
• •Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and deep familiarity with AWS and GCP marketplace mechanics.
• •Direct experience managing hyperscaler funding initiatives and familiarity with hyperscaler co-sell operations.
