Senior Product Manager, Test Experience

Own and lead the Test Experience product roadmap to surface and resolve compliance gaps using AI.

• •Lead the Test Experience product area within Vanta's Automation group, owning roadmap, customer outcomes, and AI/agentic features to help customers surface and resolve compliance gaps.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the Test Experience roadmap including platform and agentic outcomes Understand customers and market for compliance workflows Prioritize product goals and drive cross-functional execution Deliver high-quality products addressing customer pain points Shape Vanta's AI and agentic offerings Requirements 4+ years product management experience with product delivery track record Experience with security, data management, or workflow tools preferred Proven AI skills, especially prompting and agents Customer-focused mindset and strong communication Project management and roadmap execution ability
