About the role
Lead regional business development for collaborative combat aircraft in Northeast Asia.
- •Lead Shield AI's business development efforts for collaborative combat aircraft across Northeast Asia, engaging defense stakeholders and shaping requirements to align product offerings.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive strategic capture of high-value CCA opportunities in Northeast Asia.
- •Lead full BD lifecycle from engagement through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
- •Build and maintain relationships with Ministries of Defence, primes, and integrators.
- •Support regional demonstrations, trials, and pilot campaigns.
- •Coordinate cross-functionally to align solutions with customer needs.
- •Requirements 15+ years in relevant air force occupation, ideally tactical fighter operational experience. 3–5+ years in defense acquisition, business development, sales, or strategy. 5+ years experience in the Northeast Asia region or defense business perspective.
- •Strong understanding of CCAs, MUM-T, and AI-enabled CONOPS.
- •Willingness to live in Northeast Asia and travel extensively (30–50%).
