Intern supporting operations to scale smart-meter rollout and automate processes.

• •Internship supporting Operations in rolling out smart metering across Germany, owning operational tasks and process improvements from day one.
• •Key Responsibilities Operate as an operator solving day-to-day operational challenges to meet growth goals Optimize and automate processes using Low-Code/No-Code tools (e.g., Make, Airtable) Improve the customer journey and related operational processes Work on projects at the intersection of Strategy, Operations and Product Conduct analyses and derive strategic recommendations informing decisions Requirements Ongoing or completed Bachelor/Master degree from a top-tier university First practical experience with operational processes, ideally in early-stage startups Interest or experience with Low-Code/No-Code tools (Make, Airtable) Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative and responsibility Fluent German and English
