Protective Services Strategy & Operations Lead

Design and operate Anthropic's global executive protection program and related operational systems.

• •Lead the design, scaling, and operationalization of Anthropic's Executive Protection program, building processes, budgets, vendor networks, and travel-security frameworks to protect executives globally.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and scale the executive protection program and operational capacity plans Develop travel operational frameworks, secure-transport playbooks, and vendor management Own protective services budget, KPIs, and vendor RFP/onboarding processes Integrate protective operations with Legal, Travel, ABPs, GSOC, and IT/InfoSec Requirements Experience combining strategy/operations with physical security or executive protection Proven ability to build operational programs from scratch in fast environments Advanced spreadsheet modeling for capacity, staffing, and budget planning (Excel/Google Sheets) Strong judgment under pressure and high discretion handling sensitive data
