IT Infrastructure Manager

Lead IT infrastructure and network engineering teams, owning corporate IT and supporting engineering.

• •Saronic is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead systems and network engineering teams, owning the corporate IT environment and supporting engineering organizations.
• •This role spans on-premise data centers, hybrid cloud, and global networks for a distributed workforce.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor systems and network engineering teams, driving infrastructure roadmap and capacity planning.
• •Lead architecture, deployment, and operation of enterprise systems and global network infrastructure.
• •Oversee IT infrastructure design and build-out for new facilities and ensure backup/disaster recovery strategies.
• •Partner with Security to design and enforce controls aligned to DoD standards.
• •Requirements Hands-on technical leadership with experience managing resilient and scalable infrastructure.
• •Background in systems or network engineering with experience managing both disciplines.
• •Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS/AWS GovCloud, Azure) and global network infrastructure.
• •Familiarity with DoD standards (NIST SP 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC, ITAR).
