Lead phased delivery governance and cross-functional execution to bring AI data center campuses online.

• •Senior operator responsible for designing and governing phased delivery for gigawatt-scale AI data center campuses, coordinating construction, commissioning, operations, and IT deployment to enable safe, predictable site turn-up.
• •Key Responsibilities Define enterprise phased delivery methodology and governance for progressive site activation.
• •Orchestrate cross-functional coordination across development, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• •Establish readiness gates, handoff criteria, and risk escalation paths for phased turnovers.
• •Lead executive alignment on sequencing, tradeoffs, and recovery plans.
• •Requirements Deep experience in phased delivery or construction-to-operations handovers for large infrastructure projects.
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• •Strong risk management and operational readiness expertise.
• •Experience with commissioning, facilities, network, and IT deployment coordination.
