System Administrator II (Ceph Engineer)

Operate and evolve scalable storage infrastructure with a focus on Ceph and Linux systems.

• •The Storage team in Bengaluru designs, implements and operates scalable, reliable storage infrastructure including object and block storage, backups and disaster recovery for Adyen's platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and deploy SAN, NAS, DAS and object storage solutions (Ceph).
• •Monitor, maintain and optimise storage performance, availability and capacity.
• •Implement backup, replication and disaster recovery strategies.
• •Troubleshoot storage issues and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• •Requirements 3-5 years Linux systems administration experience focused on storage (Ceph).
• •Experience with enterprise storage systems (NetApp, Purestorage, EMC, etc.).
• •Knowledge of RAID, LVM, NFS, iSCSI, multipathing and filesystems (ext4, XFS, ZFS).
• •Proficiency in shell scripting and familiarity with Python, Puppet or Ansible.
