Product Documentation Lead

Lead product documentation efforts, manage agile sprints, and ensure high-quality content delivery.

• •Saronic Technologies is seeking a Product Documentation Lead to revolutionize autonomy at sea.
• •This role involves managing and coordinating the creation of state-of-the-art documentation for autonomous and intelligent maritime platforms.
• •Key Responsibilities Triage documentation requests, scope with stakeholders, and assign work to writers.
• •Own sprint planning and manage the backlog in an agile environment.
• •Build and maintain reporting for key documentation metrics.
• •Manage publication and administrative workflows from review through delivery.
• •Manage the documentation review flow in GitHub and deployment via CI/CD pipeline.
• •Requirements Scrum master experience (or equivalent agile delivery ownership). 5-7 years in technical writing, content operations, or content management.
• •Proficiency with a docs-as-code workflow in GitHub.
• •Proficiency with issue tracking and reporting in Linear (or equivalent).
