• •Key Responsibilities Guide founders through ideation, business strategy, market research, and go-to-market strategy.
• •Support fundraising and venture capital strategy to help founders secure funding.
• •Advise on branding, app/web development, and the application of AI fundamentals, agents, and automation.
• •Assist with hiring, compensation strategy, contract drafting, and legal research.
• •Provide support for resume, cover letter, and interview preparation for founders.
• •Requirements Professional experience founding or advising startups.
• •Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• •A clear, structured approach to helping founders navigate company building.
• •Ability to host sessions virtually and set own hours and rates.
