About the role

Lead and scale CoreWeave's sales organization and revenue growth across the Americas.

  • Lead CoreWeave's Americas commercial strategy and revenue growth across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, building and scaling sales, solutions, and partnerships for AI infrastructure.
  • Key Responsibilities Define and execute Americas strategy, revenue targets, and market expansion.
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion across AI-native, enterprise, ISV, research, and government sectors.
  • Recruit and lead field sales, account teams, and solutions architects with AI/cloud expertise.
  • Manage capacity planning and product capabilities for regional customers.
  • Build strategic relationships with frontier AI labs, enterprises, and government entities.
  • Requirements Deep experience building and scaling cloud and technology sales organizations.
  • Proven leadership in hyperscale or hypergrowth technology businesses.
  • Experience with enterprise, public sector, and AI-native customer engagements.
  • Strong cross-functional and executive-level engagement skills.
