Own and scale mission training programs so operators can safely and effectively run autonomous vessels.
- •Lead strategy, development, and scaling of mission training for autonomous surface vessels, ensuring operators are qualified and mission-ready across vessel classes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Mission Training product portfolio and define training strategy aligned with product roadmap and DoD needs Develop training architecture, curriculum, simulation capabilities, and delivery models Partner with engineering and instructional design to build performance-based programs Translate field feedback into continuous training improvements and scale throughput Define metrics for training effectiveness and engage with DoD/commercial stakeholders Requirements Experience owning or managing training, curriculum, or learning products for complex systems Ability to define training roadmaps, operator qualification, and certification approaches Cross-functional leadership with engineering, product, and operations teams Experience using simulation and data to measure readiness and improve training
