• •Own and scale OpenAI startup field marketing programs, delivering in-person founder and developer experiences tied to product launches and community engagement.
• •Key Responsibilities Plan and execute founder events, workshops, hackathons, and ecosystem activations end-to-end Partner cross-functionally with GTM, product marketing, developer relations, and events teams Scale repeatable event playbooks and operational processes across markets Track program performance and attendee engagement to improve execution Requirements 7+ years executing field marketing, community, or experiential programs Experience running repeatable event series or scaled founder/developer programs Strong operational and project management skills managing timelines, vendors, and logistics Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders
