• •About the Role As a Team Lead, you are responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of digital designers to drive operational excellence through KPI and metric management.
• •A key part of your leadership is cultivating a team environment that reflects the Dandy Drivers which are the foundation of how we work, grow, and succeed at Dandy.
• •What You'll Do Managing & Coaching Lead a team of 10–15 digital designers.
• •Oversee Focus Area scheduling, shifts, training, and time off (PTO & STO).
• •Monitor individual quality and performance through regular audits.
• •Continuously Performance Manage & Coach designers through 1:1s and feedback sessions to drive improvement.
• •Establish and track development plans for all unscheduled designers.
