About the role

Drive customer-side growth and repeatable sales motion for Claude Marketplace.

  • The Demand Lead will define and drive the customer-side go-to-market motion for Claude Marketplace, partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and partnerships to grow transaction volume and scale repeatable commercial motions.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end customer GTM for Marketplace and coordinate three-way deals among Anthropic, customers, and partners.
  • Build and roll out repeatable sales plays, bundles, vertical motions, and enablement for the field.
  • Design and operate customer and seller incentive programs to increase transactions.
  • Manage commercial mechanics of Marketplace transactions and streamline order/signing processes with Legal.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and act as the voice of the customer into Marketplace strategy.
  • Requirements 5+ years in BD/GTM/channel development with 10+ years commercial experience overall.
  • Proven experience designing/operating co-sell or channel motions and building repeatable sales plays.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and platform economics.
  • Experience partnering with AEs through complex enterprise transactions, procurement, and legal.
