About the role
Owns the end-to-end Demand-to-Order process and AI agent design for Enpal's ERP landscape.
- •Enpal is seeking an ERP Process Architect to own the end-to-end Demand-to-Order (D2O) process, transitioning towards an AI-driven operating model.
- •This role is central to Enpal's agentic transformation, focusing on autonomous purchase order generation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the E2E D2O process design, including demand forecasting, pricing logic, and order generation.
- •Define business intents for AI agents in the D2O domain, specifying their actions and escalation points.
- •Drive alignment between demand signals and ERP order generation in D365 F&O.
- •Own pricing master data governance and ensure consistent application across all order types.
- •Identify process gaps, write Business Requirements Documents, and monitor process KPIs.
- •Requirements Proven experience as a Process Architect or Business Analyst owning E2E ERP processes.
- •Strong expertise in Demand-to-Order processes (demand planning, pricing, order generation).
- •Hands-on experience with D365 F&O or a comparable ERP system.
