  • The Senior Technical Account Manager will drive customer adoption and success for the Wiz cloud security platform, providing strategic and hands-on technical guidance from onboarding through operationalization.
  • Key Responsibilities Provide deployment guidance, operational best practices, and run customer workshops.
  • Act as primary technical liaison and manage escalations with Support and Engineering.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and Success Plans with stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to drive adoption and contract renewals.
  • Requirements 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, SE, Professional Services).
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices; CSP certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
