Supply Chain Security & Assurance Lead

Lead and build Anthropic's data center supply chain security and assurance program.

• •Lead Anthropic's data center supply chain security function, building the program and engineering systems to ensure trustworthy hardware across owned and partner compute footprints.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end supply chain risk management and media protection policies and standards.
• •Partner with Legal on contract security terms and vendor risk acceptance.
• •Design and build supplier-risk and hardware approval systems, including data models and evidence pipelines.
• •Lead partner security engagement with neocloud and silicon vendors; drive industry participation.
• •Coordinate across security, compliance, legal, and infrastructure teams to set the roadmap.
• •Requirements 10+ years in data center hardware operations, supply chain, or hardware security at hyperscaler scale.
• •Experience building data-bearing-device, media protection, or component traceability programs from inception.
• •Practitioner-level knowledge of supply chain risk frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-161/800-53).
• •Track record authoring vendor security requirements and engaging standards bodies.
