Drive growth for Deliveroo's on-demand grocery proposition through strategic marketing campaigns and partner collaboration.
- •The Marketing Manager, Grocery will drive forward Deliveroo's On Demand Grocery proposition within the UK & Ireland, contributing to significant category growth and shaping the future of Deliveroo's grocery offering.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate on joint business plans with key Grocery partners to ensure world-class marketing support.
- •Build category trade plans using insight and data for seasonal and category trading moments.
- •Lead quarterly planning cycles, from consumer insight to campaign delivery.
- •Embed a test & learn mindset, building playbooks and codifying learnings.
- •Work cross-vertically within the marketing team to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within e-commerce, FMCG, Grocery, or On-Demand Delivery.
- •Proven track record of managing high-value external partnerships or 'Joint Business Plans' (JBPs).
- •Experience executing 360-degree campaigns across CRM, Social, In App, and Performance Marketing channels.
- •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to pitch marketing innovations.
