• •This role involves taking ownership of projects, analyzing data and processes, and supporting the expansion of customer retention efforts.
• •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of and drive your own projects independently.
• •Analyze data and processes, identify optimization potential, and implement improvements.
• •Support the expansion of our retention area and develop measures to retain and win back customers long-term.
• •Lead daily meetings, coordinate open topics, and ensure efficient project progress.
• •Collaborate closely with various teams and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our processes.
• •Requirements Studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program, or have successfully completed your studies.
• •Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to work.
• •Willingness to take responsibility and approach topics independently and proactively.
