Drive sales growth in the UK&I market by managing the full sales cycle and building strong customer relationships.

  • Vanta is seeking customer-focused Account Executives to help build and grow its UK&I markets.
  • This role is ideal for individuals excited to be part of a founding sales team in EMEA and contribute to establishing Vanta as a best-in-class solution.
  • Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and verticals, building a consistent outbound motion.
  • Run a world-class sales process, qualifying deeply and forecasting accurately.
  • Educate prospects on Vanta's business impact and deliver compelling demos.
  • Communicate with executive presence, engaging confidently with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders.
  • Champion market expansion through exploring partnership opportunities and representing Vanta at industry events.
  • Requirements 3+ years closing experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Highly curious, technically competent, and possessing stellar problem-solving skills.
