RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst

Owns RFP response process, drives cross-functional coordination, and implements AI automation.

• •Sierra is seeking an RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst to be the operational backbone of their RFP response function.
• •This role will ensure accurate, fast, and high-quality responses to complex enterprise deals.
• •Key Responsibilities Own Sierra's RFP response process from triage to delivery.
• •Drive cross-functional coordination with SMEs in Security, Legal, and Product.
• •Maintain and improve Sierra's RFP knowledge base and content infrastructure.
• •Implement and iterate on AI tooling and workflow automation for the response process.
• •Support Sales in navigating complex RFP requirements and positioning Sierra effectively.
• •Requirements 2-3 years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, legal operations, deal desk, solutions engineering, or investment banking at a high-growth tech company.
• •Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• •Strong written communication skills for translating complex information.
