Full-cycle AE driving SMB customer acquisition and expansion with technical buyers.

  • Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion across Notion's Commercial (SMB) segment in Dublin, focusing on technical buyers and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities Prospect and build net-new pipeline with an outbound-first approach.
  • Own full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and light solution design for adoption.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement with cross-functional partners.
  • Forecast accurately and partner with Solutions, Product, and Marketing.
  • Requirements 1-3 years closing experience in a quota-carrying or equivalent role.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product).
  • Strong outbound discipline, discovery, demo, and closing skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; comfort with AI tools and concepts.
