Technical Program Manager, Mission Autonomy (R5052)

Lead and manage aircraft autonomy integration programs to ensure successful operational deployment.

• •Lead integration programs to deploy Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy onto next‑generation aircraft, coordinating across software, hardware, test, and operations to deliver mission-capable systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Serve as program manager for Hivemind autonomy integration on aircraft platforms.
• •Align hardware and software development with manufacturing, labs, and flight test schedules.
• •Own integrated project plans: scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• •Facilitate technical and programmatic decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• •Coordinate integration, readiness reviews, and flight test operations.
• •Requirements Experience in program/project management for complex hardware-software integrations.
• •Ability to manage schedules, risks, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Technical depth to identify risks and drive alignment with engineering teams.
• •Experience coordinating lab, ground test, and flight test activities.
