• •Shield AI is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Product Manager to drive the sustainment business strategy and operational execution for their intelligent systems.
• •This role focuses on improving profitability, forecast accuracy, and customer support performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and manage sustainment performance metrics (fleet readiness, maintenance, etc.).
• •Drive sustainment business strategy and operational execution.
• •Partner across departments to align sustainment execution with objectives.
• •Develop forecasting models for sustainment demand and capacity planning.
• •Identify and drive improvements in sustainment cost structure and operational efficiency.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, aviation, or related field. 10+ years of experience in aerospace & defense business operations, sustainment, or product support.
• •Experience managing financial and operational performance across sustainment activities.
• •Strong understanding of sustainment drivers (maintenance, forecasting, supply chain).
