  • Notion is hiring an Account Executive in Dublin to drive new customer acquisition and expansion across Mid-Market CEE, owning full sales cycles with an outbound-first mindset.
  • Key Responsibilities Prospect and build net new pipeline through outbound activities.
  • Own full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
  • Deliver tailored product demos and light solution design to drive adoption.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement with cross-functional partners.
  • Forecast accurately and meet or exceed quota.
  • Requirements 4-7+ years closing experience in full-cycle quota-carrying roles with consistent attainment.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product).
  • Strong outbound discipline and multi-threaded deal management.
  • Hands-on orientation with AI and technical product fluency.
