Drive full-cycle mid-market sales across CEE, from outbound pipeline to closed deals.
- •Notion is hiring an Account Executive in Dublin to drive new customer acquisition and expansion across Mid-Market CEE, owning full sales cycles with an outbound-first mindset.
- •Key Responsibilities Prospect and build net new pipeline through outbound activities.
- •Own full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
- •Deliver tailored product demos and light solution design to drive adoption.
- •Navigate security, legal, and procurement with cross-functional partners.
- •Forecast accurately and meet or exceed quota.
- •Requirements 4-7+ years closing experience in full-cycle quota-carrying roles with consistent attainment.
- •Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product).
- •Strong outbound discipline and multi-threaded deal management.
- •Hands-on orientation with AI and technical product fluency.
