Solutions Architect, Enterprise

Architect business solutions and build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients.

• •Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with enterprise clients, providing technical thought leadership and architecting business models to drive revenue growth.
• •This role involves building trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers to solve critical business challenges.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with account teams to define customer strategy and identify new opportunities.
• •Design and apply Stripe's solutions to customer challenges, developing end-to-end transformation journeys.
• •Act as the 'Voice of the Customer' to provide insights to product and engineering teams.
• •Conduct business analysis and research on customers, industries, and competitors.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role (e.g., solution consultant, solutions architect). 5+ years of experience in pre-sales.
• •Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing, banking, or Fintech.
• •Strong executive engagement and group facilitation skills.
• •Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architectures.
