Institutional Account Manager

Provide world-class support and subject matter expertise to Coinbase's high-priority institutional clients.

• •As an Institutional Account Manager, you will provide world-class service and support to Coinbase’s most valued institutional clients.
• •You will act as a subject matter expert for the institutional product suite, ensuring clients are integrated effectively into the crypto economy.
• •Key Responsibilities Support high-priority institutional clients and manage complex relationships across asset managers, banks, and corporates.
• •Partner with Sales, Trading, and Legal teams to onboard clients and ensure full product suite support.
• •Facilitate product demos and distill client feedback for Engineering and Product teams to drive feature requests.
• •Utilize generative AI tools and copilots to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
• •Requirements 4+ years of experience in institutional client relationship management.
• •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on influencing outcomes.
• •Strong ability to foster trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• •Organized and independent working style with an understanding of functional risks and workflows.
