• •Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager of Project Management to lead and develop a growing team of Project Managers.
• •Your primary responsibility is building and enabling a high-performing project management team and organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, providing coaching and career development.
• •Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• •Assess team capacity, allocate Project Managers to initiatives, and ensure resources align with objectives.
• •Design and improve processes, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms for sustainable growth.
• •Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations departments to align priorities and drive accountability.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing project management professionals.
• •Demonstrated success building and scaling project management organizations, processes, and governance structures.
• •Strong understanding of project management methodologies, portfolio management practices, and resource planning.
