  • Snowflake seeks an Event Sponsorship Program Manager to develop and execute sponsorship strategies for global events, drive revenue, and build strong partner relationships while aligning cross-functionally.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy and packages.
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, activate, and renew sponsor partnerships.
  • Cultivate sponsor relationships and drive upsell and year-over-year growth.
  • Track sponsorship performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of sponsor commitments.
  • Requirements 7+ years experience, including 3+ years in sponsorship sales with revenue generation track record.
  • Strong strategic, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and data-driven in measuring sponsorship performance.
