- •Snowflake seeks an Event Sponsorship Program Manager to develop and execute sponsorship strategies for global events, drive revenue, and build strong partner relationships while aligning cross-functionally.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy and packages.
- •Identify, pitch, negotiate, activate, and renew sponsor partnerships.
- •Cultivate sponsor relationships and drive upsell and year-over-year growth.

- •Requirements 7+ years experience, including 3+ years in sponsorship sales with revenue generation track record.
- •Strong strategic, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- •Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
- •Detail-oriented, accountable, and data-driven in measuring sponsorship performance.
