About the role
Owns the recruiting technology stack and data strategy to scale hiring operations for autonomous factory production.
- •As the first Recruiting Systems Product Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of Hadrian's recruiting technology, primarily Ashby.
- •You will bridge the gap between People Ops, Finance, and leadership to build scalable, data-driven hiring systems for a rapidly expanding workforce.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the internal product owner for Ashby, managing the roadmap and configuration decisions.
- •Establish data governance standards to ensure high integrity across all recruiting pipelines and reporting.
- •Build automated dashboards and forecasting infrastructure for headcount tracking and hiring health.
- •Design scalable recruiting workflows and SOPs to raise the operational maturity of the function.
- •Requirements Proven experience in product management, moving from discovery to shipped solutions.
- •Strong systems thinking with a deep focus on data integrity and recruiting analytics.
- •Ability to translate fragmented processes into clean automations and trusted reporting.
- •Proactive mindset with the ability to define roadmaps and drive cross-functional alignment.
