Strategy Consultant – Venture & Growth (w/m/d)

Drive cross-functional operational projects to scale processes and enable rapid company growth.

• •As Strategy Consultant at metrify (an Enpal spin-out) you will build scalable structures, processes and workflows to enable rapid smart-meter rollout and company growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Optimize and scale processes for operational stability during growth.
• •Diagnose operational pain points and implement pragmatic solutions.
• •Own projects end-to-end from planning to evaluation with measurable outcomes.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interfaces across Ops, Product, Tech, Quality and Finance.
• •Drive continuous improvement through automation, digitization and KPI-driven measures.
• •Requirements 1-3 years experience in consulting, venture building, startup or operations/strategy roles.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Hands-on mentality with pragmatic implementation focus.
• •Very good German and good English language skills.
