Senior Strategy Consultant – Venture & Growth

Lead cross-functional strategy and operations projects to scale smart-meter business processes.

• •Join metrify (an Enpal spin-out) to build scalable structures, processes and workflows enabling a fast smart-meter rollout and company growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Optimize and scale processes for rapid growth.
• •Solve operational problems with pragmatic solutions.
• •Manage projects end-to-end and deliver measurable results.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interfaces across Product, Tech, Finance, Quality and Operations.
• •Work data-driven by analysing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• •Requirements 1-3 years in consulting, venture building, startup or strategy/operations role.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Hands-on mentality and rapid learning ability.
• •Excellent German and good English language skills.
