- •As a Mid Market Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, focusing on high-performing Local Gems and selected national chains.
- •You will work closely with partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid-market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact.
- •Build strong relationships and run regular performance and business reviews.
- •Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance.
- •Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions, and campaigns.
- •Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success.
- •Requirements 3+ years in a commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
