  • As a Mid Market Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, focusing on high-performing Local Gems and selected national chains.
  • You will work closely with partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mid-market restaurant partners, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Build strong relationships and run regular performance and business reviews.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume and partner performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive partner success.
  • Requirements 3+ years in a commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
