About the role

Own and scale Anthropic's enterprise community programs to drive product adoption and advocacy.

  • Own Anthropic's enterprise community function end-to-end, designing programs that activate practitioners inside strategic accounts to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Key Responsibilities Define strategy, program portfolio, maturity model, and roadmap to scale enterprise community.
  • Recruit and run Claude Champions and vertical cohorts to drive adoption and advocacy.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to operationalize champion sourcing and account-plan integration.
  • Run member lifecycle, programming rhythm, platform structure, and feedback loops to Product and GTM teams.
  • Define measurement frameworks tying community activity to business outcomes.
  • Requirements Proven experience building/scaling enterprise customer community, champions, or advocacy programs.
  • Experience defining strategy, operating model, and building teams from scratch.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Strong communication, ability to build trust with technical practitioners and executives.
