Technical Program Manager, SDLC

Own and scale SDLC, release, and incident processes across engineering teams.

• •The Technical Program Manager, SDLC owns design and implementation of software development lifecycle processes across engineering, product, infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE to improve delivery predictability and reliability.
• •Key Responsibilities Define and implement SDLC, release, and change management processes Drive incident management: response, postmortems, and continuous improvement Establish program tracking, reporting, SLAs/SLOs, and execution cadence Lead cross-functional program execution and remove bottlenecks to improve velocity Requirements 5-8 years in Technical/Engineering Program Management or similar Deep understanding of SDLC and scalable process design Experience with incident response systems and postmortems Familiarity with tooling like Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, PagerDuty/Opsgenie, and Confluence
