- •Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for top customers, guiding them from deployment through renewal.

- •Key Responsibilities Manage the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customer retention and growth.
- •Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal Cato teams.
- •Orchestrate post-sales activities including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells.
- •Requirements 5+ years in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or Cybersecurity company.
- •Experience with commercial negotiations and technical escalations.
- •Familiarity with networking or security software solutions.
- •Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
