  • Key Responsibilities Manage the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customer retention and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal Cato teams.
  • Orchestrate post-sales activities including QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells.
  • Requirements 5+ years in a Customer Success role at a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or Cybersecurity company.
  • Experience with commercial negotiations and technical escalations.
  • Familiarity with networking or security software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
